Wanda Core Vintage Shipping Update for Our USA Customers (DDP from Oct 2025)
We’ve written this post to explain how we’ll handle all shipments to the USA starting October 2025, following the new U.S. customs rules and changes to the de minimis exemption (the threshold that allows low-value imports to enter the country without duties or taxes).
Our goal is simple: to keep delivering unique, one-of-a-kind vintage pieces from Europe to our beloved American customers with no unexpected surprises or extra costs.
Shipping Method: Standard Shipments (DDP Service)
From October onwards, all our standard shipments to the USA will be sent using the Spanish national postal service (Correos). Once in the United States, your parcel is handled by USPS for final delivery.
These shipments will now be sent “DDP – Delivered Duties Paid”, which means:
- No customs fees or taxes to pay upon delivery.
- No paperwork or extra steps required from you.
In short, when you receive your order, everything is already taken care of.
If for any reason there is ever a customs issue or unexpected charge, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly, we’ll make sure it’s resolved quickly.
Express Shipping (Temporarily Unavailable)
For now, we’ve decided to pause our Express Shipping option to the USA. Previously, this service was managed through DHL Express and FedEx, but our current contracts with these carriers do not yet include DDP coverage, which would mean customers might have to pay customs fees upon delivery.
Because that goes against our standard of transparency and simplicity, we’ve decided to temporarily deactivate Express Shipping until we can offer it under the same DDP conditions as our standard option.
Delivery Times
Standard DDP shipments from Spain to the USA typically arrive within 10–15 business days. Each order includes tracking from dispatch to delivery, so you can follow your parcel at every step.
