Where do you source your vintage items?

We handpick each piece from trusted vintage suppliers, private collections, and specialty markets across Europe — many of whom we've worked with for years. Every item is carefully selected for its quality, uniqueness, and relevance to our aesthetic — focusing on 90s and 2000s fashion with enduring style and character.

Unlike casual secondhand resellers, we operate as a professional, curated vintage store with a focus on authenticity, consistency, and long-term vision. Our goal is not just to sell clothes, but to build a collection with soul and lasting value.

Are all items unique? Will they restock?

Yes, every item we offer is unique — often available in just one size and one piece. Because these are true vintage finds, they will not be restocked once sold. We encourage you to purchase your favorite pieces before they're gone.

How do I know if the size is right?

Keep in mind that vintage sizing often differs from modern standards, so the labeled size may not reflect today’s sizing norms. This makes checking measurements especially important when buying vintage.

Compare these measurements with a similar garment you own to ensure it matches your body and fit preferences. We measure each item flat and double the chest, waist, and hips to give the full circumference.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — Wanda Core ships worldwide from Barcelona, Spain.

Please note that orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on the destination country.

These charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. We are unable to estimate or control customs fees.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. We offer international express shipping with full tracking. If you need your order urgently, select Express Shipping at checkout or message us for a custom solution.

Express orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

What happens if I don’t pick up my package from the post office or customs?

Once your order has been handed over to the postal service, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment using the tracking number provided.

If your package is held at the post office or customs, you must arrange collection within the deadline set by the carrier. Some postal services do not issue physical delivery notices, so checking your tracking regularly is essential.

Unclaimed packages will either be returned to us or destroyed by the postal service. In both cases, no refund will be issued.

You may request a reshipment within 30 days of the package being returned to us, by covering the full cost of the new shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders within Spain. For international orders, shipping is free when you buy 3 or more items.

What happens once I order?

Upon placing an order at Wanda Core, an automated confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. This email will contain all the necessary information you've supplied to ensure accurate delivery. It's crucial to double-check and ensure that your address is precise to facilitate the successful delivery of your package to your doorstep.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Upon shipment, you will receive two emails: a confirmation email and a subsequent email with your tracking information. If you do not receive any emails, please feel free to submit a request through our CONTACT FORM.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return, and return the item(s) within 14 days.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable. For orders that included free shipping, the actual cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition — any loss in value will be the buyer's responsibility.
