Return Instructions
Contact Us: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Window: Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage. We’re not responsible for returns lost or stolen in transit.
Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders that included free shipping, the actual cost of delivery will be deducted from the refund.
US Import Duties (DDP): Orders shipped to the United States are sent DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning US import duties and tariffs are prepaid by us for the original delivery. These costs may be incorporated into the product price rather than displayed separately at checkout. The amount corresponding to these prepaid import costs is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
Return Customs Fees: If we are charged any customs clearance, import or handling fees when receiving your return, these costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refund: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We do not accept exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please submit a request through our contact form.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are accepted within 1 hour of placing the order.
After this period, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right of withdrawal where applicable.
Nothing in this Returns Policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
